xGuerlain Shalimar L'Essence Eau de Parfum Intense was created for the 100th anniversary of Shalimar, the house's legendary amber fragrance for women. Perfumer Delphine Jelk pushes the original's vanilla accord further with Madagascan vanilla tincture, giving a richer, smoother and more enveloping take on the 1925 classic. Available in 50ml and 90ml.
Top notes: bergamot, almond, incense. Heart notes: rose, iris, opoponax. Base notes: vanilla, benzoin, tonka bean, musk. Warm, powdery and lightly leathery, it is at its best on autumn and winter evenings and for special occasions.
