Our items come in their original packaging with a cellophane seal for added authenticity—just as available from major retailers. Only a few items don't include this seal, as they are produced per manufacturer guidelines. Shop with confidence, knowing what you purchase is the exact product available from your high street shop.

Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri and before 11am Saturday will be packed and dispatched the same day for delivery next day. This is not a guaranteed service but in 95% it is delivered next day.

Perfume is crafted with a ratio of natural oils and synthetic materials, blended with an alcohol base for long-lasting scent. With this formula, you can enjoy the carefully balanced fragrance of the perfume and its effects on those around you.

The difference between Parfum, Eau de Parfum, and Eau de Toilette is in the concentration of the oils which will affect the power and longevity of the perfume.

Parfum will have around 20-40% concentration and will usually last 6hrs+
Eau de Parfum Will have 8-15% and will last 4-6 hrs.
Eau de Toilette will have 3-8% and will last around 3-4 hrs.

The concentration & longevity will vary between manufacturers and perfumes, for examply there are some Eau de Toilettes that will last longer than some Eau de Parfums.

Also Eau de Parfum doesn't always mean it is better for the occasion, for example on hot days or if you are planning to use a perfume in a humid destination, Eau de Toilette would feel lighter and give a fresher impression.

On the day of delivery you will receive a notification from the courier with your estimated delivery window, if you are not available to accept your delivery you can request delivery to your neighbour or reschedule your delivery for another day, this includes weekends.

No problem at all, we won't you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.

You can return your order within 30 days for a refund or exchange, and within 90 days for an exchange.

To reduce our cost and un-necessary waste, we will send all order related documents by email.
You should receive order dispatch note with tracking info by email upon dispatching your order.
You should receive a VAT invoice within 24hrs from your order dispatch by email, if you haven't received it please check your junk box or get in touch with us so we can resend it to you.

If you purchased the item from us in the last 30 days, and the price is reduced further, please contact us and we will be happy to refund the difference.

Due to the limitation implied by some couriers on flammable goods, we might have to split your order into more than one parcel. PLease be assured the rest of your order will be with you very soon.

Want to keep your favourite perfume or cologne fragrant and vibrant? Store it in a cool, dark place and keep it sealed in its original box for maximum longevity! Quality fragrances deserve special care - like a fine wine, some scents respond better to time and conditions than others.
Eau de Parfum is more resistant to change as it contains less alcohol concentration.
