Christmas delivery deadlines

To help your order arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by the deadlines below. Dates are based on our carriers’ guidance but are not guaranteed, as severe weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

United Kingdom

UK mainland – Express Delivery: last order date 18/12 before 4pm.

UK mainland – Express 24: last order date 21/12 before 4pm.

Northern Ireland: last order date 17/12 before 4pm.

European delivery

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France: last order date 17/12.

Spain, Italy: last order date 15/12.

Rest of Europe: last order date 12/12.

Orders placed after these dates may still arrive before Christmas, but this cannot be guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and customs or courier disruptions may extend delivery times, especially for international destinations. [web:31][web:38]

Shipping

Shipping to all UK addresses is free, also free Royal Mail tracked 24 next day shipping on most orders, select next day shipping at checkout and use code NEXTDAY.

Orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday will be processed on the same day, this includes delivery on Saturdays & Sundays.

Collection

Collection orders will be ready for collection in few minutes from our shop, within our opening hours.

You will receive an email with your collection code when the order is ready for collection.

Returns Policy

You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
