Northern Ireland: last order date 17/12 before 4pm.
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France: last order date 17/12.
Spain, Italy: last order date 15/12.
Rest of Europe: last order date 12/12.

Shipping to all UK addresses is free, also free Royal Mail tracked 24 next day shipping on most orders, select next day shipping at checkout and use code NEXTDAY.
Orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday will be processed on the same day, this includes delivery on Saturdays & Sundays.
You will receive an email with your collection code when the order is ready for collection.
You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
